Serving Customers Across Regional & Remote Australia

Australia covers a huge geographical area, with communities spread across major cities, regional towns, rural areas and remote locations.

For customers living outside metropolitan areas, having access to a reliable national delivery network can be particularly important.

At AUSMOK, our delivery service is designed to support customers across Australia wherever Australia Post provides delivery services.

Australia-Wide Delivery

AUSMOK uses Australia Post to send orders across the country.

From regional communities and rural areas to coastal locations and remote parts of Australia, our aim is to provide a straightforward delivery service wherever the Australia Post network reaches.

Because Australia is such a large country, delivery times can vary depending on the destination.

Fast Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 business hours once processing and payment confirmation have been completed.

Standard delivery generally takes around 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Customers in remote and regional areas may require additional delivery time because of distance, transport schedules and local delivery conditions.

Supporting Customers Beyond Major Cities

We understand that customers living outside Australia's major metropolitan areas can have different delivery requirements.

Our aim is to provide the same straightforward online service whether a customer lives in a city, regional town, rural community or remote area.

Where Australia Post provides delivery services, AUSMOK aims to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible.

Connecting Customers Across Australia

Australia's diverse geography means that no two delivery routes are necessarily the same.

Weather, transport schedules, public holidays and local conditions can all affect delivery times.

For this reason, our estimated delivery timeframes should be treated as general guides, particularly for remote destinations.
